Celebrating New Year's Eve at this hotel was a great experience. the room was well heated, and it offered plenty of space for us to relax. the breakfast was excellent, and we enjoyed the traditional Hungarian and continental options. the location of the hotel was fantastic, within walking distance of both the thermal pools and the castle.

There was no bar or restaurant on site, but the meal included in the room price was only a 10-minute walk away. we wished there was a room with a balcony or terrace to enjoy the stunning city views, but the outdoor courtyard with furniture was an alternative.

Location was great, close to the city center and main attractions. We loved the Christmas markets nearby. Rooms were spacious and had a small kitchenette with fridge and microwave, which was helpful for preparing some snacks. The breakfast was decent and included a variety of options to choose from.

The hotel was quite dirty and poorly maintained. We found hair on the bed and the bathroom was not properly cleaned.
